I moved here two years ago, and ever since I've been content. Linda, the office manager, is always friendly and Larry from maintenance goes above and beyond in his duties. There's a trash room on each floor which John diligently keeps clean. Plus there are laundry rooms on each floor as well! I'm very pleased overall; the only reason why I didn't give five stars was because it's renters' responsibility to shovel their cars out after the parking lot has been plowed - assistance with that would be great! Although, that might not be provided at other senior apartment complexes either - this is Buffalo after all! more ... hide ...

We've been here for over four years and really like it! If there were more activities, I'd rate it four stars.

When Linda tried to contact the property owners, her behavior was incredibly unkind; she abruptly ended the call and snidely told me to "Look It Up!" - a very impolite response.
