The unprofessional management here makes calling Kelly pointless, as she never answers. This has been a source of frustration, as it could be a matter of importance. Additionally, the residents are rude and drama-filled; they made my grandmother feel terrible 99% of the time, so she stopped leaving her house. If you're looking for a place for your loved one where communication is valued and respected, this is not it; furthermore, its upkeep isn't comparable to that of other senior living homes. We visited another home (not mentioning), and it was stunningly welcoming - everybody said hello - plus the management was extremely kind.more ...hide ...

Im not very satisfied with this management. The apartment is nice, but theres a lot of hoops to jump through to be able to rent from here. Every year when its time to renew your lease all the hoops pop up again.
