I've been living here for a month now and I'm giving it one star. There is one woman in the rental office who is really nice and makes sure we are content. Everyone else in the office is terrible. Spiders and bugs are everywhere you look. Our upstairs neighbor has pets, and so when we enter our unit it SMELLS BAD. Furthermore, the neighbor keeps their porch and hall light on all the time, which brings even MORE BUGS. Consequently, our unit is filled with all these flying bugs. There is a wasp or bee nest in our second bedroom! My husband and I have reported it for two weeks now, and soon to be three, yet NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. Initially, they said that someone would come the next week, yet no one showed up. Each time I complained, all Karen said was that the people are in Syracuse, which is completely unacceptable! I'm paying more than $900 for rent, however I'm not comfortable at all. This was the worst decision we have made. I'm killing about 5 wasps a day! And all Karen said to me was that she can't do anything about it. So unprofessional. DO NOT move here. You will be devastated. more ... hide ...

These dwellings lack air conditioning. Temperatures reach 78-83°F in the apartment. I contacted them to inquire about what I could do and they replied that due to their age (30 years) and lack of central air, I would need to purchase a window AC unit. The apartment is quite outmoded, having holes in various spots and in the storage closet there were wires sticking out of a drywall outlet which had been cut out. There are no lights in either the bedroom or living room; the sink is ancient and gives off brown water, and there is no microwave or dishwasher. The oven is not bad, however, when used for the first time, the rubber liner melted. I replaced it and it has been okay since then. In the wintertime, the temperature of the apartment stays warm, even if the thermostat is set to 70°F, it will often reset itself to 75-77°F. So, I usually just turned it off and I could still hear the apartment heating up. You have no authority over the temperature of the flat. Bugs come in through the bottom of our steps, so I had to buy a door liner to prevent this. There is a lot of stuff you need to make these lodgings comfortable. Luckily, the new manager is very nice and they are prompt when it comes to getting you into the apartment. I urge everyone to take photos of the apartment during the walkthrough, document any damage before you more ... hide ...

I lived at this complex for 4 years and The Leasing Consultant Laura Wilson is an amazing asset at this complex she helped me with any issues I ever had while I lived here An Jeff the maintenance manager went out of his way to make sure I had heat on I lived at this complex for 4 years and The Leasing Consultant Laura Wilson is an amazing asset at this complex she helped me with any issues I ever had while I lived here An Jeff the maintenance manager went out of his way to make sure I had heat one time when my heat went out in my apartment and a blizzard was expected to come later on that night He also fixed a shower handle leak I had by replacing the shower handle the same day I called regarding the issue This complex is old and doesnt have air conditioning in them The laundry room needs to be updated as well but Im rating it a 5 because it was a peaceful place for me to live that was safe with no issues and the customer service was great Any issues I ever had Laura or Jeff would be there to help me if I ever needed help As long as these workers are here your definitely in safe hands 5 Stars more ... hide ...
