I love living here!2016Definitely the nicest HUD Assistance Disabled apartments in Montgomery County, Ohio. Management and maintenance prior to 2014 was very good. Grounds kept perfectly, very nice maintenance man. Disgruntled maintenance man from 2014 to 2016. He is finally gone and people that needed to be evicted are too. Property care and maintenance are a little slow, but professional and friendly. New manager is great. Very professional. Seems stand off-ish until you get to know her.
