Grounds kept perfectly, very nice maintenance man. Disgruntled maintenance man from 2014 to 2016. He is finally gone and people that needed to be evicted are too. Property care and maintenance are a little slow, but professional and friendly. New manager is great. Very professional. Seems stand off-ish until you get to know her. I pay for AMENITIES, so this is my pool amenity complaint. And please dont give the number for the office because they do nothing about it.
