I still have friends that live there and things had only gotten worse since then. We were forced to move in with my grandparents in Marion because the apartment comex fixed the damage but refused to clean the soot from all the upstairs bedrooms and we tried staying downstairs till we could try to figure out how to get them to clean it but it was still making my kids sick. My kids health comes first. I am still looking for a place for my family to get out of my grandparents house but I would not go back to Wallick communities if it was the very last option. Place is a bit messed up and things are not finished properly and are not up-to-date. Have had air conditioners in the complex blow up and catch fire. I dont know if it has gotten taken care of since Ive moved out but when I lived there roaches were a problem. Started out not bad would see them here and there and then it grew to the point that wed see them crawl out of outlets and they were everywhere. Had to throw out almost everything we owned and left as soon as we could bc of the roaches. Mold was also a problem, found mold around windows, on wall, and in air conditioner.
