It gives you a decent place to live but there are rocky experiences Place is a bit messed up and things are not finished properly and are not uptodate Have had air conditioners in the complex blow up and catch fire Not sure about other tenants but pe It gives you a decent place to live but there are rocky experiences Place is a bit messed up and things are not finished properly and are not uptodate Have had air conditioners in the complex blow up and catch fire Not sure about other tenants but personally mice have been a problem I dont know if it has gotten taken care of since Ive moved out but when I lived there roaches were a problem Started out not bad would see them here and there and then it grew to the point that wed see them crawl out of outlets and they were everywhere Had to throw out almost everything we owned and left as soon as we could bc of the roaches Mold was also a problem found mold around windows on wall and in air conditioner Overall the place needed better ventilation up to date amenities and more upkeep on combatting pests more ... hide ...

My kids watched this place being built and were so excited to stay here even tho we live in urbana lol Very nice place
