2021 Update: They are remodeling the apartments which has been a big pain, but the updates are nice. The (New current Manager is very nice and really cares about the residents. The (New current Manager is very nice and really cares about the residents. The current maintenance person is the best we have had in 5 years. He really works hard to keep up with things. He really needs a part-time helper at least during the summer when having to keep up with the grass and the weeds. I love living here!2016Definitely the nicest HUD Assistance Disabled apartments in Montgomery County, Ohio. Management and maintenance prior to 2014 was very good. Grounds kept perfectly, very nice maintenance man. Disgruntled maintenance man from 2014 to 2016. He is finally gone and people that needed to be evicted are too. Property care and maintenance are a little slow, but professional and friendly. New manager is great. Very professional. Seems stand off-ish until you get to know her. These are great apartments if you are obeying the rules and taking care of your apartment. Some people have been here over 20 years. We love it!more ...hide ...
