Never in my life have I been spoken to with such disrespect from a facility before very unprofessional I removed my mother after just 24 hours because of the very poor care they took of her if you love your loved ones do not take them there

Green Village is beautiful and very clean The staff is caring Great facility

My first experience at Green Village I got there around 5 PM and did not see a nurse until midnight which I was told that my meds did not come up from the pharmacy so I was in pain all that time My next experience My bandage on my back was supposed My first experience at Green Village I got there around 5 PM and did not see a nurse until midnight which I was told that my meds did not come up from the pharmacy so I was in pain all that time My next experience My bandage on my back was supposed to be changed everyday but a couple times or maybe even more they did not change it so there was a lot of drainage that soaked the bandage and my bed and I laid in for two days at a time I believe I would not be going through this and have to take all this antibiotic physical therapy was great they even cleaned me up a couple times or more just so I could go to therapy thats not their job If it was not for therapy I would have walked out of there buy they got to the point where I could go home I feel sorry for the patients that r at your mercy cause they r not getting the care that they should I believe that some of your sides and nurses need to go back to school I had one nurse that stood out and I could remember her name and that was Carrie and the aide Sue that was on third shift she made sure that I was clean and dry and the covers on my bed was straightened out I am going to stop here I could go on but those that did wrong know more ... hide ...

Staff has way to long finger nails which caused a nice deep scratch on my mothers arm Twice when I visited her a dirty bed pan was sitting on the dresser gloves were left on the bathroom floor three days before they were picked up twice found dirty Staff has way to long finger nails which caused a nice deep scratch on my mothers arm Twice when I visited her a dirty bed pan was sitting on the dresser gloves were left on the bathroom floor three days before they were picked up twice found dirty sink in the bathroom from where something had been rinsed out once when visiting at 300 I found the breakfast container sitting on the dresser another time the lunch container was sitting there Visit made at 130 to find no one had bothered to give Mom her teeth They have no concern of patients personal hygiene as I had to get on them to shower Mom nor could she get a pan of water to wash her face and hands Admission never contacted me and when I asked at the front desk was told theyll contact you when their ready to talk with you more ... hide ...

My great grandmother was put in here for rehabilitation Unfortunately things took a turn and she ended up back in the hospital This place was incredible with calling the family immediately telling them a squad took her to the hospital and kept everyo My great grandmother was put in here for rehabilitation Unfortunately things took a turn and she ended up back in the hospital This place was incredible with calling the family immediately telling them a squad took her to the hospital and kept everyone informed From the hospital it was decided to put her in hospice This facility was amazing The whole family came to see her and the staff was incredibly warm and comforting towards everyone in the family Easily 50 people Thank you guys so much for taking care of her When the time came for her to take her last breath we all were a mess and you really realize the staff here have it hard They work their butts off to make sure not only the patients are cared for but so are the family and friends that walk through those doors Bravo more ... hide ...
