The elevators also are filthy, and always (daily) one or both are not working. I just found out last week from another resident this bldg is no longer a \"senior only\" bldg. Were not to use our garbage disposals; (I thought thats what they were for, to dispose of your garbage). Who wants to stink up their apt with the smell of garbage? Its just so sad that the bldg has turned into a dump. more ...hide ...
There is a major bug problem, roaches, bedbugs, and gnats. Theyve been there since the lease signing. Didnt see any until the gas was turned on a few days later.
