We moved in and didnt have many problems after that until during the winter the heat when out and they gave us 2 space heaters to heat our entire 3 bedroom townhome. they then proceeded to send people over to repair it 2-3 times per week for 15 days before finally actually replacing it. meanwhile the people that were working on it said what the office was making them do things that they knew wont fix it. So after 15 days of using space heaters from the end of January to the beginning of February we finally had heat. Now, March 16th, our ac doesnt work and we have had a few days in the high 70s and they refuse to send someone out to service it. All around a terrible experience. Avoid this place unless it is your only option.more ...hide ...
