Starting from the very beginning on our move in day they didnt have our lease ready they pushed our movein time back from early morning to around 2 pm it was middle of July and 90 degrees outside during the day We moved in and didnt have many problem Starting from the very beginning on our move in day they didnt have our lease ready they pushed our movein time back from early morning to around 2 pm it was middle of July and 90 degrees outside during the day We moved in and didnt have many problems after that until during the winter the heat when out and they gave us 2 space heaters to heat our entire 3 bedroom townhome they then proceeded to send people over to repair it 23 times per week for 15 days before finally actually replacing it meanwhile the people that were working on it said what the office was making them do things that they knew wont fix it So after 15 days of using space heaters from the end of January to the beginning of February we finally had heat Now March 16th our ac doesnt work and we have had a few days in the high 70s and they refuse to send someone out to service it All around a terrible experience Avoid this place unless it is your only option more ... hide ...

The townhome we live in has a great layout We love the 25 bathrooms and all the nice closet space on both floors The laundry room is also very convenient with the extra storage space it provides The water pressure is wonderful the carpets are clean The townhome we live in has a great layout We love the 25 bathrooms and all the nice closet space on both floors The laundry room is also very convenient with the extra storage space it provides The water pressure is wonderful the carpets are clean and the natural lighting from the windows in each room is a bonus Great location off the highway and near all of the good restaurants gas stations stores etc The neighborhood is friendly and never too noisy and the front desk and maintenance staff members are always so kind and helpful Highly recommend this place more ... hide ...

Staff was very friendly and helpful They understood my situation and answered all of my questions The property is clean and well maintained
