Last time, I had an appointment and canceled it, but have been unable to get in touch since then; no one ever answers the phone. Today, they finally did answer, so I explained the situation. The lady was rude and hostile - she accused me of not showing up for more than one appointment a year ago without canceling. That didn't happen; I did call and cancel, but they never check their answering machine so my message probably got lost. Besides that one time, THEY canceled on ME - when that happened I was told THEY would call back to reschedule; however, they never called me back. When the lady answered today all she could do was be hostile and accuse me of lying before hanging up after I tried to explain myself. All that's true is that I called them out on their office workers' incredible inefficiency and rudeness when it comes to communication. The owners of these apartments are completely unavailable; no idea who they are so there's nothing much I can do about lodging a real complaint against them apart from checking out their other apartment in Fairborn Ohio online which has similar reviews: "No one in office is ever there. I like it a lot better in my new apt. They also changed it where you can do laundry with quarters or credit card on a app.I really appreciate the improvements .The landlord I am happy since I moved away from my old apt.
