I've been trying to make an appointment with the people who run these apartments for over a year. Last time, I had an appointment and canceled it, but have been unable to get in touch since then; no one ever answers the phone. Last time, I had an appointment and canceled it, but have been unable to get in touch since then; no one ever answers the phone. Today, they finally did answer, so I explained the situation. The lady was rude and hostile - she accused me of not showing up for more than one appointment a year ago without canceling. That didn't happen; I did call and cancel, but they never check their answering machine so my message probably got lost. Besides that one time, THEY canceled on ME - when that happened I was told THEY would call back to reschedule; however, they never called me back. When the lady answered today all she could do was be hostile and accuse me of lying before hanging up after I tried to explain myself. All that's true is that I called them out on their office workers' incredible inefficiency and rudeness when it comes to communication. The owners of these apartments are completely unavailable; no idea who they are so there's nothing much I can do about lodging a real complaint against them apart from checking out their other apartment in Fairborn Ohio online which has similar reviews: "No one in office is ever there. Poor communication. Just want your money etc". Lovely place indeed! more ... hide ...

Not sure why the negative review I have a grandparent that has lived here for over 10 years so I have seen a lot of changes over the years The last owner replaced one small hall with new carpet that was destroyed in less than a year The most recent Not sure why the negative review I have a grandparent that has lived here for over 10 years so I have seen a lot of changes over the years The last owner replaced one small hall with new carpet that was destroyed in less than a year The most recent owner has replaced several halls with much nicer wood flooring that doesnt stain like the carpetNot all halls yet but it is a big place Ive watched countless number of people drag trash and let it leak all over the floor and not clean it up Ive watched the cleaner sweep a hall and someone come behind 30 min later spilling stuff on the floor Not their fault Yes some areas dont look the best and need to be updated but I do notice the rooms that have been done My grandma has always been treated good by the leasing office and maintenance Its a great place and she loves it there more ... hide ...
