I would like to know if this is for your 3bedroom apartments or town homes What your availability is What the application fee is What your deposits are I am currently living in Highview apartments and their management here is horrible There is mold growing in out in the wall ac units they provide for us as well as in the bathrooms that have no proper ventilation and hold moisture really bad There is a drug dealer living in my building which I have reported multiple times and nothing has been done about it My building constantly reeks of pot and I can039t handle the smell I don039t do drug and really don039t want my kids around it either So in a nut shell I am looking for a safer place to raise my kids I can be reached at **phone#**hidden** or via email at **first*name**hidden**moore36gmailcom

As I pulled in to visit the person I know living here I noticed a walker( the type used to help with balance) blocking one of the Handicap parking spots. Once inside I asked about this and the answer I received was that this was normal, the residents often do this to save or as I see it Prevent an other handicapped resident from utilizing the the spot! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of! Staff is absolutely aware this takes place and apparently are ok with it. Why is it acceptable for the staff to allow this? The person I visit themselves are disabled and have a hard time with walking distances yet must drive past an empty spot blocked by a walker to park way out in general parking and struggle to get into the facility! more ... hide ... Dave the maintenance worker could fix anything and was very timely in address matters of concern. He and Renee worked hard to ensure that the building was clean, safe and beautifully taken care of. My friends and family loved to visit me there and have lunch on the decks or community rooms. I will miss Renee and Dave and the residents who feel like family.
