Very accommodating management and apartments are unique and homie its a community that is safe with secure doors and the tenants look out for each other

Its not a bad place completely They could use some more help with maintaining the property The staff does try but they dont have enough manpower The elevators scare me to death they make so much noise or theyre broken and out of service often

Tried getting an apartment for my grandma and it has been nothing but a bad experience. They are NEVER in the office and NEVER answer the phone. We have been lied to several times by the ladies in the office first we were told to bring $400 and a filled out app on a Saturday and she could move in. They arent even open on Saturday then the lady lied and claimed she never said that they lied again and said they would get to it first thing Monday which was also a lie they never came in Monday and the only way we were able to know what was going on was to call the emergency maintenance department on Thursday almost a week later. After that they claimed they would have to go over the app and call us back they never called they lied again saying they left a message on my phone when they did not in the end they claim a fully filled out app didnt have enough info and she didnt get the apartment they lied and are shady especially Jennifer.more ...hide ...
I stayed in this place for two years while I studied nursing and it was terrible. Every month, they had inspections with no regard for privacy. I called the property manager who got them to call me, yet I couldn't answer due to being at work. They didn't do an inspection until three months after I left and didn't contact me regarding the charges. I was sent a notice two years later regarding unpaid charges on my credit report. Additionally, the walls were thin and all I heard was my downstairs neighbors brawling until they were evicted. Numerous times I saw toddlers aimlessly wandering in the parking lot, and I had to find their parents who were not monitoring them. The maintenance here is always on top of thing getting it fix and maintaining the grounds. I have a 2 bedroom apartment which is roomy and great closet space and up to date and very energy efficient. Been here 6yrs now and I HATE IT!! No one know what they are doing in the office. Since we have lived here their has been over 16 different people running the office and if you tell them something in your apartment needs fixed GOOD LUCK getting it fixed.About a year and a half after we moved in refrigerator started making real loud noises so I notified the office nothing kept on saying something to them 6mos later it goes out and they finally bring another one in but its just as bad it from another apartment. Then the oven stops heating up so I call the office and tell them 3 mos later they bring a heating coil and put it in the oven. Then just this past thanksgiving I have a turkey in the oven and the stove pops and goes out had to take the turkey next door to finish cooking it took them a week to get me another stove. Now they say we cant have a deep freezer in the apartment and they are trying to tell us where to put our furniture they say we cant put a bed in front of the window.more ...hide ...
