Tried getting an apartment for my grandma and it has been nothing but a bad experience They are NEVER in the office and NEVER answer the phone We have been lied to several times by the ladies in the office first we were told to bring 400 and a filled Tried getting an apartment for my grandma and it has been nothing but a bad experience They are NEVER in the office and NEVER answer the phone We have been lied to several times by the ladies in the office first we were told to bring 400 and a filled out app on a Saturday and she could move in They arent even open on Saturday then the lady lied and claimed she never said that they lied again and said they would get to it first thing Monday which was also a lie they never came in Monday and the only way we were able to know what was going on was to call the emergency maintenance department on Thursday almost a week later After that they claimed they would have to go over the app and call us back they never called they lied again saying they left a message on my phone when they did not in the end they claim a fully filled out app didnt have enough info and she didnt get the apartment they lied and are shady especially Jennifer more ... hide ...

Every month, they had inspections with no regard for privacy. After moving out, I gave three separate notices, but they never responded.
