VSF is very irresponsible company I rented apartment between 2019 to 2020 and now I need background check and I cannot get hold of anybody from here to do it
UPDATE Since I made this review someone else bought these apartments and is now under new management as of March 2022nnDo not recommend This is our first time ever renting We can never get ahold of management Ive left many text messages and voicemailUPDATE Since I made this review someone else bought these apartments and is now under new management as of March 2022nnDo not recommend This is our first time ever renting We can never get ahold of management Ive left many text messages and voicemails over several issues and I never get a reply or call back We had issues with their website when we were submitting rent with an error message We had screenshots and could not get ahold of anybody Then we were charged an extra 100 for late rent with an email sent at 7 pm saying our rent and late fee was due the next day or a 3 day warning would be issued even though their website wasnt working so it wasnt allowing our payment to go through They couldnt help us with that but they could surely email us that our rent was late and action would be taken We emailed back explaining what happened with our screenshots saying we could not get ahold of anybody We never received an email back Our 6 month lease is over February 1st We were charged for Februarys rent even though our lease is up and we just moved in somewhere else We have not heard from anybody on this issue We do not know the date were suppose to be out Terrible terrible communication Job and family services could never get ahold of them to confirm our monthly rent payment This is the first time weve ever rented anywhere and its turned into a nightmarenDO NOT RECOMMENDnSTAY SOMEWHERE ELSEmore ...hide ...

This was the first time my wife and I ever rented. We have continuously been unable to contact management. I have sent numerous text messages and voicemails about different issues, yet I never receive a response or call back. We experienced technical difficulties while attempting to pay rent, with an "error message" appearing. Despite us having screenshots, we were unable to get in contact with anyone. We were then charged an extra $100 for "late rent" with an email sent at 7 pm informing us that the rent and late fee were due the next day or a 3 day warning would be issued, even though their website was not working. They were unwilling to assist us, but they were certainly able to send us an email saying our rent was "late" and that action would be taken. We emailed them back with screenshots, explaining we were not able to get in contact with anyone. We did not get a reply. Our 6 month lease ends February 1st. We were charged for February's rent despite our lease ending and us having already gone to a different place. We have not heard anything about this. We do not know when we are supposed to be out.
