Drug dealers and users are just a block away and are constantly causing problems especially trying to get inside the building. The walls are thin and I can hear both of my neighbors whenever they are showing or high on cocaine.more ...hide ...

The sink fell off the wall I've lived in this place for 5 years altogether. The first three were fine, but then the property managers changed and nothing was fixed. We had a dripping water heater and ancient appliances. The sink fell off the wall once and it took them nearly two weeks to repair it. There was no central air conditioning, only a fan in the living room. The rental office was renovated with air conditioning and laminate flooring, but they refused to replace the carpet, even though it was in the contract to do so every year. Additionally, trash was often left around because people wouldn't put it in the dumpster and maintenance neglected to pick it up. They also neglected to remove the leaves, so they accumulated in front of the door. Windows were nailed shut and wouldn't open. The property manager, Tina, was very impolite and arrogant. The wrong kind of people started coming around, and you could see drug deals and hear police sirens. The only good thing is that it's on the bus line and Woodward High School is nearby.more ...hide ...
