The first three were fine, but then the property managers changed and nothing was fixed. We had a dripping water heater and ancient appliances. Additionally, trash was often left around because people wouldn't put it in the dumpster and maintenance neglected to pick it up. They also neglected to remove the leaves, so they accumulated in front of the door. Windows were nailed shut and wouldn't open. The property manager, Tina, was very impolite and arrogant. The wrong kind of people started coming around, and you could see drug deals and hear police sirens.
