Air has been broken in mine and several units for over a month and they are acting very nonchalant and not seemingly caring if it gets fixed have asthma and its very hard to breathe in 8590degree rooms Dont know whats going on here But the first few Air has been broken in mine and several units for over a month and they are acting very nonchalant and not seemingly caring if it gets fixed have asthma and its very hard to breathe in 8590degree rooms Dont know whats going on here But the first few years Ive lived here this never happened but now all of a sudden its suddenly become a problem to fix things that need to be done And things are not looking like they are being handled correctly have said something on multiple days broken up into segments and they have maintenance walk in put his hand in front of my vent say I don039t know what to tell you and I need to buy a fan all and all being expected to still pay full rent without these INCLUDED amenities This is inhumane and no other apartment complex would stand for this type of disrespect office air was out for 35 days and for some reason that got fixd almost immediately Absalutely no regard for client well being Will change back to 5 stars when something is done or changes to the positive light of things are done Again this wasnt like this the past years and I have no idea why this is such an issue Also a ton of drug ABUSERS in the building that all staff knows are in the building doing being allowed to run rampant through the hallways at all times of the night and day nothing being done about it and just let it happen I guess something really needs to be done because telling the manager or staff seems to do nothing as well First moving in was great but steadily declined over the years due to people quitting and things turning into a complete nightmare more ...hide ...

I rented a beautiful apartment. Carol was nice and polite, had a couple problems taken care of. From then on everything went downhill. There was a previous leak from air conditioner upstairs that wasnt fixed properly. Carol said it would be taken care of. Still waiting - going on 3 months!!! Whenever tenant upstairs runs air conditioner it continually leaks by my window. Its gotten worse, the wall is coming apart, and has a large crack across wall above window that continues to get longer. Now the ceiling is starting to bubble - what next????Ceiling coming down with water and flooring from upstairs???Complaints from tenants that live here over 3 years. Filthy carpet in halls, flooring in laundry room, elevator, elevator area and lobby. Besides bedbugs and roaches.For your own health and well being - dont move here.more ...hide ...
