The staff here are amazing as an 18 year old here they have helped me grow with responsibilities help be get and keep a job and are helping me with school The housing part does take time but its so worth it

The building is poorly managed and maintained, and contractors exploit the situation by doing quick fixes that ensure they will have to come back again and again. Management has shown little concern for the past year and a half, and HUD has only done a superficial inspection when they come to visit. Infested with roaches. and when i moved out gave them a notice they charged me 2 months worth of rent after i already moved out. changed me a extra 200 cuz i left one thing in the apt..
Dropped off some clothing donations and was an enjoyable experience. Woman at the front desk was extremely delightful. We didnt know it but we came after donation hours and she let us donate anyway.
