If you have your own thoughts, avoid this place, they will label you a rebel if you make too much sense. The new repairman is excellent; he is quick and does the job right the first time. Patty, the former manager, tried to cooperate with everyone and got fired eventually. I feel sorry about that, but I won't go into details as they are only rumors. Moreover, I have not received my deposit back after six weeks because I questioned them about the necessity of cleaning or replacing the carpet. I mean, why should I pay for it if there is going to be linoleum? That is $90 from my Social Security. They closed the recreation hall instead of just telling the problematic people to settle down or move around properly. I guess after I left, they opened it until 5 pm. If you need to go to the bathroom, you'd better make it home in time. This is just my opinion. Most of the people there are kind. It is difficult to move away from our friends. However, many of us have done it.more ...hide ...

It's affordable, well-maintained, and any issues are usually addressed in a timely manner. The neighbors are friendly and parking is never a problem. The only issue has been with the management; they had someone semi-regularly in the office until recently but they don't tend to stay long. They're only around once a week so there's no way to contact them when they're not there. Additionally, I've been waiting 11 months for the rest of my security deposit since I moved into a bigger apartment here without being able to transfer it over. The only time my issues have been addressed is when I call their corporate office who then sends someone out to take care of it. Parking can also be an issue since everyone has multiple visitors who don't understand what visitor parking spots are for as well as having two cars - management says there aren't marked spots for each apartment so nothing can be done about that either!more ...hide ...
