The only issue has been with the management; they had someone semi-regularly in the office until recently but they don't tend to stay long. They're only around once a week so there's no way to contact them when they're not there. Additionally, I've been waiting 11 months for the rest of my security deposit since I moved into a bigger apartment here without being able to transfer it over. The only time my issues have been addressed is when I call their corporate office who then sends someone out to take care of it. Parking can also be an issue since everyone has multiple visitors who don't understand what visitor parking spots are for as well as having two cars - management says there aren't marked spots for each apartment so nothing can be done about that either! more ... hide ...
