Don€™t listen to others saying it€™s infested with bed bugs or anything keep your apartment clean and report first sign of issues and you€™ll be fine. Inside and out the apartments are very decent sits in a country setting which is nice. Only bad thing about that if you don€™t have a car there is not a safe way to walk into town unfortunately! You€™ll of course have some tenants here that are sadly on drugs sell drugs play music loud you€™ll see fights and drama outside my advice keep to yourself don€™t involve yourself in it! There is a learning center and Angie there is a saint if you have kids she is excellent with them and she helps with adults too! My only issues this far is some issues with flooding due to a pipe in the floor in the furnace and hot water heater room we€™ve had water flooding a half dozen times or more and at first things were taken care of quickly but most recently when it€™s flooded it€™s taken hours to get a hold of 24 hour maintenance which is frustrating!! Other issues are neighbores knocking on the door asking for things like potato chips ice cream to borrow our WiFi use our phone you get the point there my advice either don€™t answer the door or nicely say no or it will continue and get worse. In my personal opinion these are the nicest income apartments in coshocton as far as Appearance! Sure there is rules but it keeps the place looking nice! To anyone who says this place is a dump meth infested bed bug trash hole filled with lazy trashy people you€™d be wrong! Is there drugs? Yes they are not only here they are everywhere people! But to call us all trash that lives here you€™d be wrong because there is some decent people here! Just follow the rules keep your place clean don€™t involve yourself in others drama keep to yourself and you€™ll be fine! God blessmore ...hide ...

Just bad requirements like barely having time for people to stay parking spots are not straight.. best of luck to everyone else!more ...hide ...

I had planned to stay just one year, but I got to know the other tenants and staff and decided to stay until I had to move for whatever reason. But then the previous manager left and things went downhill quickly, prompting me to think of leaving again. Fortunately, Kayleen took his place and since then, there have been a lot of improvements. Maintenance staff are attentive and active, and take care of any issue they come across. This is finally a place I can call home. The past few months have seen a number of changes both externally and internally, making the building stand out from the rest of the neighborhood. Kayleen has brought in a number of activities for the residents, such as monthly coffee meetings, paper sack lunches, outdoor games, a tomato garden, and an upcoming canal boat ride. She is an invaluable asset to the company and the inhabitants of Riverside Towers.more ...hide ...
