Since Kayleen has returned as manager, it feels more like home here. I had planned to stay just one year, but I got to know the other tenants and staff and decided to stay until I had to move for whatever reason. But then the previous manager left and things went downhill quickly, prompting me to think of leaving again. Fortunately, Kayleen took his place and since then, there have been a lot of improvements. Maintenance staff are attentive and active, and take care of any issue they come across. This is finally a place I can call home. The past few months have seen a number of changes both externally and internally, making the building stand out from the rest of the neighborhood. Kayleen has brought in a number of activities for the residents, such as monthly coffee meetings, paper sack lunches, outdoor games, a tomato garden, and an upcoming canal boat ride. She is an invaluable asset to the company and the inhabitants of Riverside Towers. more ... hide ...

The manager is so patient and understandingeverything was explained to me of available resources very curtious and compassionate genuinely care for every residents wellbeing the building is clean and the apartments are immaculate
