I visited somebody who dwells here and has been complaining about the heat; they have a medical condition, but the apartments have told them the A/C operates "as intended". Here is a photo of the thermometer in their living room.Update: still no AC at their apartment; they did dispatch an electrician who maintained the outlet did not even provide enough electricity for the AC to operate correctly. So, it is good to know they will say anything to avoid having to fix things. There are a lot of other stuffs that they have been notified of on many occasions that have yet to be sorted out too.Update 2: eventually they got a reconditioned AC unit, and it works perfectly! While the tenant was in the hospital, they installed it, and in the process broke the pegs off her book shelf, left nails on the kitchen floor and screws in the couch, stained one of her pricey couch cushions her aunt gave her, left most of their garbage in the apartment and on the porch, and stole her duct tape.Another update: the individual living here who gets a government utility check has been getting checks for her single bedroom in the amount of ~$14.00.
