The staff and maintenance have been very supportive and accommodating of my disability. There is a large closet with doors and racks, and built-in storage in the bedrooms. Furthermore, the neighbors are quiet and self-contained, and some have even been helpful to me without me asking. The grounds are well-maintained with mowing and pest control. The staff is friendly, and the maintenance team is efficient when it comes to repairs. The trash truck will come if the dumpster is full, even if it's not trash day. The absence of carpets makes it easy to keep the house clean. Cox high-speed internet and cable are available. At night, the area is brightly lit, so I don't need to turn on the lights in my house. The only complaints are the loud AC/Heat, the lack of a bathtub, and having to supply my own shower curtains. The only restroom is also through my bedroom, and rent can only be paid with a money order; direct deposit is not accepted. Despite these drawbacks, if you don't have many living options, this is your best bet.more ...hide ...

Management denied our application one week before move-in. We had already made a deposit and were lead to believe by the manager that everything was in order. I think it would be nice if the tenant had their apt. number painted on the curb where they are supposed to park. My sister is on oxygen 24/7..it would be easier for her to walk from her apt. to her car & easier for her I think it would be nice if the tenant had their apt. number painted on the curb where they are supposed to park. There have been many times that others park in the spot where she is supposed to park. Its not fair to her to have to park too far away & walk that far to get back into her home. She has lived there since Oct. 24th,2014. With normal wear and tear I know she would be so much happier to have new carpet put in and walls to be painted. This is my suggestion. Its what I would want if I was living there. She simply cant afford to buy new flooring or painting or she would have already done it. ( something to consider)more ...hide ...
