Pest control is done regularly, so I have never seen a bug. Moving furniture up and down the stairs is not too difficult because the stairway is wide and not too steep. On the other hand, the walls are incredibly thin, so you can definitely hear your neighbors. The parking situation is not ideal either; there are not enough spaces in the back, and you need to park near the front if you come home late. It is common for people to park on the curb in the rear, but it can be hard to maneuver around them. Additionally, there was an incident of car vandalism occurring a few months ago. There is no surveillance, and children tend to run around unsupervised, so be careful when driving. They have a laundry room on the premises, with a lock and a key; however, opening it can be difficult. Furthermore, the dryers require two cycles to dry small loads. All in all, the residences are nice and have a great location in Owasso. This is my own experience and opinion, and I hope it is of help.more ...hide ...
