This apartment complex tried to screw my and my girlfriend several times They are lazy in the way the get apartments ready for new tenants Their maintenance department also liked to look through windows into occupied units

On the other hand, the walls are incredibly thin, so you can definitely hear your neighbors. The parking situation is not ideal either; there are not enough spaces in the back, and you need to park near the front if you come home late. It is common for people to park on the curb in the rear, but it can be hard to maneuver around them. Additionally, there was an incident of car vandalism occurring a few months ago. There is no surveillance, and children tend to run around unsupervised, so be careful when driving. They have a laundry room on the premises, with a lock and a key; however, opening it can be difficult. Furthermore, the dryers require two cycles to dry small loads.
