I have called and left voicemails, but no one ever answers; they are rarely in the office when someone needs something. There is no effective communication and no stability. We have reported issues such as mice and their holes, but they have not been resolved. I have bought over 15 traps, but the complex management has only placed one inside our home. The mice are dying in the walls, creating maggots in our house. I have pictures to prove this. Additionally, I feel very uncomfortable knowing that the apartment manager has taken pictures of the clothes in my closet, though there is no evidence of damage.
