My asthmatic child and I have been dealing with inadequate living conditions for over a month now. I have called and left voicemails, but no one ever answers; they are rarely in the office when someone needs something. There is no effective communication and no stability. We have reported issues such as mice and their holes, but they have not been resolved. I have bought over 15 traps, but the complex management has only placed one inside our home. The mice are dying in the walls, creating maggots in our house. I have pictures to prove this. Additionally, I feel very uncomfortable knowing that the apartment manager has taken pictures of the clothes in my closet, though there is no evidence of damage. Since January 28, 2021, the issues have progressively gotten worse, culminating on June 7th.more ...hide ...

They say \"no animals\", but the nature of some people may make you call bullshit before calling the zoo to report an escape from the herpetarium. Prepare for the overbearing weight of the witch hunt that is bound to happen in this henhouse of a facility. If youre not on drugs, youre on drugs....If youre on drugs, youre totally fine. It depends how the staff feels about you that week. This isnt even from someone who had to participate in the AA program, this is purely my experience as a family member who watched people get jerked around in a place with the shadiness value of a forest in the sunset.more ...hide ...
