Horrible service, just horrible! I can€™t even explain how horrible, I am so mad. I applied in February for the waitlist they sent me a paper stating they lost my application, I€™ve talked to some people who live theHorrible service, just horrible! I applied in February for the waitlist they sent me a paper stating they lost my application, I€™ve talked to some people who live there they said they experienced the same exact problem, then they sent me another paper asking me to come to the office and sign something, which I did. After that I called to see what number I am on the waitlist they told me I€™m number 19 I called back 3 weeks later to double check they told me they can€™t even find me in the system, I called back a week later they told me I€™m number 33 on the waitlist and then they told me to fill out a new application, are you serious??!!! This feels like a scam to me, these people aren€™t doing their job, this customer service sucks! I was excited about these apartments but now I€™m not!more ...hide ...

They don't care about issues, and tenants are able to do whatever they want. In case of an emergency, they don't respond quickly enough to solve it. Even though the apartments are supposed to be non-smoking, many occupants are smoking inside their units, making the hallways smell bad. During summer, people keep their doors open for hours to take advantage of the air conditioning from the hallway, making the stench even more unbearable. The carpet in the hallway never gets cleaned and is grimy and filthy. The stairwells are not mopped any more, and people routinely spill beer and spit on them, which is repugnant. I have seen rodents around the building, and I have also caught a man dozing in the entry way, laundry room, and common areas during the night and dawn. Maintenance requests are only partially done and people destroy their apartments. When we moved in, our unit was a mess and multiple things were broken. The recycling bin on our floor has not been emptied for two and a half weeks and is overflowing. Also, management only grants one parking permit per unit, which is a real annoyance if you have two vehicles, like us. There is nowhere safe to park overnight in the area. They should consider granting an additional permit for a minimal monthly fee.more ...hide ...

I lived in this place for almost nine months. When I first moved in, within a few days I noticed ants all over my unit - in the living room on the carpet, kitchen on floors and walls, second bedroom, bathroom, and hallwaI lived in this place for almost nine months. When I first moved in, within a few days I noticed ants all over my unit - in the living room on the carpet, kitchen on floors and walls, second bedroom, bathroom, and hallway. I hadn't had any pest problems before; even when eating out during the first week after moving in. Other tenants said they had the same problem too. The pest control was called several times but nothing changed; furthermore, there were urine stains on the toilet like it had been used already and stains on my bathtub that needed a deep clean to get rid of them. Additionally, there was an odor of animal urine or something else coming from the elevator and bad smells coming from hallways with carpets that needed deep cleaning as well. There was also excessive trash and recycling with homeless people sleeping right inside parking lot which made it worse overall. The rent is cheap but you really get what you pay for here - I would not stay again neither would I recommend it to anyone else either!more ...hide ...
