Property is really run down. They hardly do any maintenance around there. And the office lady Carrie is just so rude. I work construction and let me tell you what this place is the last place you want to live. And if youProperty is really run down. They hardly do any maintenance around there. This is a lovely community that I would recommend but the residents are being abused by the manager, Hira C., and the Pinehurst Property Management company. They are sneaky and are being sued.
The manager likes to take pictures of people as they mind their own business. But turns around and lets a non resident have a garage. Something fishy I do say..

It is no longer attached to anything it is a hazard especially having a 1 year old walking around. Instead of reaching out to us I just keep getting emails that the repair has been completed when it has not. We are being ignored. Obviously our requests are being viewed if theyre being marked as completed. Can someone call or email us with the reason our requests are being denied instead of ignoring the requests and saying they were done.We were told last year that they couldnt do it due to covid and I finally got an email saying it was completed only to come home to a still broken closet. I sent another request and again it was marked as completed. No one is reaching out to say why they cant repair it. Just being ignored and marking my request as completed.more ...hide ...
