I have found for me they office and maintenance have put a great effort to fix the problems Its clean outside better than most places I know its a hard job working in jobs the staff are people too

Its been months that I have been asking to have our closet door repaired it came off when we opened it It is no longer attached to anything it is a hazard especially having a 1 year old walking around Instead of reaching out to us I just keep getting Its been months that I have been asking to have our closet door repaired it came off when we opened it It is no longer attached to anything it is a hazard especially having a 1 year old walking around Instead of reaching out to us I just keep getting emails that the repair has been completed when it has not We are being ignored Obviously our requests are being viewed if theyre being marked as completed Can someone call or email us with the reason our requests are being denied instead of ignoring the requests and saying they were donenWe were told last year that they couldnt do it due to covid and I finally got an email saying it was completed only to come home to a still broken closet I sent another request and again it was marked as completed No one is reaching out to say why they cant repair it Just being ignored and marking my request as completed more ... hide ...

My Fianc and I lived here for 6 months before moving into the Pearl area It was an OK experience A few things I could gripe about but in all honesty I have experienced far worse with apartment complexes
