That she is always rude and always hanging up phone calls of tenants that need help, she is not a good customer service at all! Always been with a bad mood and sassy all the time, not doing her job right because when you are a manager you have to help your tenant and make them feel comfortable I am 100% sure that I am not the only one feeling this because of her! I think they should hire someone else who really wants to do the job and not been so unprofessional with the tenants I will give a call to Gal management regarding this or make a complaint with us department of housing because is not appropriate at all her treat!more ...hide ...

Lease states I can smoke on my porch but new Management says I cant.
