The apartment overall is great what is my complaint is about the management of this apartment since Karina is gone there is no one that will help family that speaks Spanish and almost all tenants are Spanish speaking there is a really inappropriate m The apartment overall is great what is my complaint is about the management of this apartment since Karina is gone there is no one that will help family that speaks Spanish and almost all tenants are Spanish speaking there is a really inappropriate manager call Gideon That she is always rude and always hanging up phone calls of tenants that need help she is not a good customer service at all Always been with a bad mood and sassy all the time not doing her job right because when you are a manager you have to help your tenant and make them feel comfortable I am 100 sure that I am not the only one feeling this because of her I think they should hire someone else who really wants to do the job and not been so unprofessional with the tenants I will give a call to Gal management regarding this or make a complaint with us department of housing because is not appropriate at all her treat more ... hide ...

I wanted to write an updated reviewnnI have been a resident here for quite some time now and there may have been a little snafu with getting all the work started that the buildings desperately needed but since then its been easy sailingnnThe apartmen I wanted to write an updated reviewnnI have been a resident here for quite some time now and there may have been a little snafu with getting all the work started that the buildings desperately needed but since then its been easy sailingnnThe apartment staff and manager have been nothing but courteous and kind and willing to help and understanding of the hard times we are facing The maintenance staff are kind and courteous as well and get jobs done in a timely manner I have wonderful neighbors and the complex feels safe It does get loud from time to time but what do you expect when there are a lot of kids and dogs aroundnnI am a happy resident more ... hide ...
