The Current Manager is a good guy, three years ago he helped me with my application process. For a place that has \"low-income\" housing it wasnt a slum-lord situation. The Appliances in my unit werent fancy or modern, but they were functional. It may have been my water heater, but i would recommend a filter in the shower because the normal water left me feeling gross. The bathroom ventilation is automatic based upon humidity and movement, so both good and bad. The interior door frame are no good for pull ups... broke my frame and fell down on the second pull up. The only complaint I have and I might have done it to myself. When I left a portion of my items had a slight smell and some had a yellow hue on them. algae, mold, forgot to flush a few times? Im not so sure. The lock-down situation made things challenging but their changes were sensible. This is a Great area for running. paths, parks, ponds, power lines.. hah got another P word. There is a Local gym only a few blocks away next to the shopping area, but the cost is anything but free. The Complex does have a small gym room, but it needs an update of the variety kind.Coming back around to the staff. 95% of my staff interactions have been decent, plus I am a decently memorable person in those parts. The last thing and it being quite minor is the parking. We could use more parking there and for the guests as well. In addition to that, I dont like not being able to back into my parking spot because I drive a full size truck, parking nose-in makes things challenging and slower to finally park.Overall, I would consider going back. The Area, close to highway 26, the parks, the stores, a short drive for more shopping or movie theaters. Good place, good people.more ...hide ...
