I spent just over 3 years in one of their 3 apartments on the same blocknThe Complexes are getting a facelift and it is looking good The Current Manager is a good guy three years ago he helped me with my application processnnFor a place that has lowiI spent just over 3 years in one of their 3 apartments on the same blocknThe Complexes are getting a facelift and it is looking good The Current Manager is a good guy three years ago he helped me with my application processnnFor a place that has lowincome housing it wasnt a slumlord situation The Appliances in my unit werent fancy or modern but they were functional It may have been my water heater but i would recommend a filter in the shower because the normal water left me feeling gross The bathroom ventilation is automatic based upon humidity and movement so both good and bad The interior door frame are no good for pull ups broke my frame and fell down on the second pull up The only complaint I have and I might have done it to myself When I left a portion of my items had a slight smell and some had a yellow hue on them algae mold forgot to flush a few times Im not so surennThe lockdown situation made things challenging but their changes were sensiblennThis is a Great area for running paths parks ponds power lines hah got another P word There is a Local gym only a few blocks away next to the shopping area but the cost is anything but free The Complex does have a small gym room but it needs an update of the variety kindnnComing back around to the staff 95 of my staff interactions have been decent plus I am a decently memorable person in those partsnnThe last thing and it being quite minor is the parking We could use more parking there and for the guests as well In addition to that I dont like not being able to back into my parking spot because I drive a full size truck parking nosein makes things challenging and slower to finally parknnOverall I would consider going back The Area close to highway 26 the parks the stores a short drive for more shopping or movie theaters Good place good peoplemore ...hide ...

My application was accepted, but then they told me that I was not permitted to live there unless I had a US passport. I had already given my current residence a 30 day notice and had paid the application fee, but they just kept saying it was my fault. My request for them to return my application fee was ignored, and I lost both time and money. I couldn't comprehend why they hadn't mentioned this before I applied, and their attitude was obnoxious. I was willing to tolerate their behavior in order to live in the apartment, but that was a mistake. If you are considering moving into this apartment, be prepared to suffer through their discourteousness.more ...hide ...
