I lived here for over five years and would not move back in This building had switched hands at one point and the previous company to own it did a lot of shady things Even now the present company it isnt that great Definitely better than it was when I lived here for over five years and would not move back in This building had switched hands at one point and the previous company to own it did a lot of shady things Even now the present company it isnt that great Definitely better than it was when I first moved in but this building is a place that seems to drive property managers mad Most of the day staff are wonderful friendly and helpful but dont expect the apartment office to be open more then three days a week if you are lucky The night staff when I live there were homophobic and transphobic doubtful this has changed even with bring it to the attention of the property manager nothing gets done Despite the fact that there is a high population of trans folx living in the building If you arent trans or queer or if you dont mind rude and unwilling to do their job at night staff this is a place for youmore ...hide ...

I ask them if I subtract off next month rent for my brother and they say no, because if tenant has a credit on account they cant evict him. My brother has lived there for at least a couple decades with no issue. Then I ask if they can mail me a refund. They say no, it is my problem. I informed them the money already out of the account. They said the only thing they could do would be to return the check and I could send them the correct amount but there would be additional late fees. They said the check, took a week to get there from US BANK bill pay? I was also told there would be additional late fees since I overpaid and would have to send another check. Late fees are accessed by when received, not when mailed they told me. This makes it impossible to know the right amount! Why cant they just send a refund, they have the money, and can do right amount going forward?more ...hide ...

It has been updated to meet earthquake codes, but the outside wasn't altered; it still features all its original brickwork and draughty windows. It's four floors high - one of them a basement - with five units in total. The apartments range from one-bed studios to spacious floor plans. There's an elevator, laundry facilities and a community room which contains a computer space; there's also an outdoor smoking area in the basement. Before COVID-19 struck, monthly dinners were held here as well as arts and crafts sessions led by residents; additionally, there is a weekly cleaning crew that comes through to vacuum up the communal areas. Our building is situated in Goose Hollow near Providence Park stadium place Fred Meyers and The Pearl on 23rd Avenue; it's within walking distance of lots of interesting places plus during summertime there's even mini golf popping up in the parking lot behind us! However after 10pm things quieten down again so not too much noise pollution to worry about!more ...hide ...
