Nobody has contacted me outside of work hours or emailed me to provide assistance, as the information I was given was incorrect. I should have been paired with someone who is knowledgeable in filling out forms for housing that I may never obtain now due to the eviction notice I received, despite my application. I have not received the assistance I was promised twice, and now I am unable to access the application and being denied. I have screenshots and records of my requests for help, all of which were ignored, which was not fair or just. There is no place to complain, so I have taken it to the EEOC in Washington DC. I hope they confirm that I did not receive fair or equitable treatment due to the lack of response to my requests for help. This is not an agency that cares about people, as evidenced by the lack of a "Contact Us" link. Public servants should be helpful and competent.more ...hide ...
