If you want a place where your landlord and management dont care about your family only care about money....move their families into units other families desperately need and dont care that your family needs a bigger unit and throws that 5 ppl can live in a 2bed still but their family lives in bigger unit with only 3 ppl in it yet we suffer......get laughed at and called a lier.....nobody ever calls you back (management)......they do as they please and let your family suffer.....just take the state money thats all you are good for to them and it very clearly shows.....worst place ever! Neighbors are nice though star is for neighbors definitely not management!

I have lived here for at least 6 months. Tammy our leasing lady is so amazing!! I was nearly homeless with my kids escaping a domestic violence situation last year and she helped me not give up the process and I got my denial overturned. My children and I finally have a beautiful place to call home. The grounds have the most beautiful generational roses and trees that are kept it beautiful condition. Any concerns or worries I have as a resident get handled immediately by staff. Our maintenance guy Josh is hands down one of the best maintenance men I€™ve had in my many years of apartment living. I have grown up in apartment complexes so I have known allot. He is always thorough, respectful, clean, timely and very efficient. The community is so kind and thoughtful. Most of the neighbors are very sweet and look out for each other. I feel very blessed to be apart of this little community. I know I have Tammy and Josh to thank. I love OakHills, Thank you!
