I have been living here for a few years and the management team has always been polite and prompt in responding to me. Changing apartments was a breeze. The units are roomy and the large windows are a great bonus. The units are roomy and the large windows are a great bonus. The hardwood floors and walk-in closets are also great. However, the neighborhood is not good at all. Over the past year, my catalytic converter was stolen, gas was siphoned, and my car was taken away. Friends of mine have also had their cars broken into. People are stealing in the apartment parking and street parking. Be prepared for theft and homeless people screaming in the parking lot at any time. Apart from that, many tenants have a habit of throwing their trash in the parking lot, hallways, elevators, and on the floor in the trash room. The janitors are always friendly and act quickly, but it saddens me to see the amount of littering going on. Living here was not awful, but it was not the best either. Management at Oliver Station helped me with a unit transfer They made it simple and easy When my unit keys got stolen the maintenance guy came after hours to give me new ones so I wasnt locked out 55 Stars
