Obviously our requests are being viewed if theyre being marked as completed. Can someone call or email us with the reason our requests are being denied instead of ignoring the requests and saying they were done.We were told last year that they couldnt do it due to covid and I finally got an email saying it was completed only to come home to a still broken closet. I sent another request and again it was marked as completed. No one is reaching out to say why they cant repair it. Just being ignored and marking my request as completed. more ... hide ...
