However, I am giving two stars, because Bell staff gives bad clients too many chances. Case in point, I pay 188.00 dollars a month for an apartment in Supported Housing. Im on Disability, so this is a big chunk of my monthly payment. Since, I have moved there, I have had nothing but trouble with the tenants they place in the apartment above me. The first tenant was a drunk who partied from 4 in the afternoon until 5 in the morning. It took a year and a half for Bell to evict him. The second tenant had people living with him. The latest tenant has at least three people living with her (these are single person units) 24/7. They constantly run up and down the stairs, talk loudly, bang, roll things across the floor and move furniture. This is CONSTANT! IT NEVER STOPS! I have written numerous complaints, the landlord has witnessed the people going in and out of the apartment and they are still allowed to live there. Unbelievable! This is a clear violation of the lease, HUD rules, not to mention breaking fire codes, etc. I have PTSD and loud noises stress me out. I have the right to peaceful habitation in my dwelling, yet my rights are constantly violated and I get the added pleasure of having to pay 188 dollars to live in an unlivable apartment every month . The idea for these kinds of apartments are to do jist that, but yet all they care about doing is putting cops up in the building to walk the hallways all day and night. Instead of paying for them to be in there all day, why not use that money to make the repairs and to help the families that are really trying to get on there feet and move, so someone else could have the chance to do the same!more ...hide ...
