Several residents loiter in that area & hang out to socialize & to people watch at any given time. They have RECREATION ROOM TO SOCIALIZE IN & SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED TO SIT IN THAT LOBBY. Some elderly folks often have hearing issues & make remarks about the comings & goings of residents & their visitors not realizing how loudly they are speaking & can be heard by all especially the person they are discussing. I use to live here just recently moved out. The office manager is freaking amazing he is totally fair across the board his name is Bryan Eidel - Very professional, well rounded human. The neighbors are cool that€™s only because I stayed to myself 99.9% of the time. However there is one neighbor who is amazingly amazing her name is Mrs Alexis€¦ she is like the mother/protector of the development. Calvin and his family are awesome as well; he is an amazing father/dad to his children. So far with the few people I encountered this is a family community who cares and act on positive results. If you move anywhere in Chester county Pa make sure you move to Phoenixville homes that use to be called Fairview Village - Pennrosemore ...hide ...
