They change property managers snd repair techs VERY often...dont get used to who is here when you sign because they wont be here long. Also half the time when I call the office theres no answer and no machine picking up.Ive lived there for 4 years and have had trouble with my air conditioner the entire 4 years. Plus there is a roof leak in my laundry room thats been there the entire time. When it rains I have to put something there to catch it or the floor is wet. They are constantly doing inspections but why cant my air get fixed and the roof too. They put notes on your door about inspections or other neighborhood news which is great but the date is always incorrect plus other info in the info is incorrect too.The rates are good, thats a huge plus. The area is great, close to Greenville and Clemson. Also not far from Lake Keowee. Love love the area. Enjoy my neighbors too. Quiet for the most part and respectful. Wish theyd keep people around a while and fix the issues in my apartment then Id give them at least 4 stars.more ...hide ...
