Plus there is a roof leak in my laundry room thats been there the entire time. When it rains I have to put something there to catch it or the floor is wet. They are constantly doing inspections but why cant my air get fixed and the roof too. They put notes on your door about inspections or other neighborhood news which is great but the date is always incorrect plus other info in the info is incorrect too.The rates are good, thats a huge plus. The area is great, close to Greenville and Clemson. Also not far from Lake Keowee. Love love the area. Enjoy my neighbors too. Quiet for the most part and respectful. She is not focused, makes the process way more difficult than necessary. She has done this numerous times, yet gives you the run around unnecessarily. She has said everything she can say to put off my initial screening. Unfortunately, I did not come to my next appointment because she was moody, unprofessional and unnecessarily distracted from making this happen.
