I currently live here, Wish I didnt. I will be moving out at the end of my lease. They provide poor communication with services they perform around the complex. If youre planning to move here. Dont. If youre planning to move here. Dont. The last straw for me was I was provided a map via my email that looks as if a 5 year old drew it and had no date on the resurfacing of my parking area. I am currently a work from home. So I wouldnt of been hard to reach for them to ask me if I could move my vehicle, yet they decided it would be best to not alert me a month later or try to contact me and have a tow truck come in and move my vehicle for me and charge me for it. But obviously the 6/25 was registered as my area and when I checked that day it looked as if they were skipping my area which I assumed they would since we are towards the back and the parking lot wasnt bad and we had no designated clear date. For a housing property the one bedroom floor plan is not all THAT bad BUT the landlords are rude and annoying!!! They treat their tenants with no respect, they do not make you feel at home! They will constantly post notice after notice on your front door for you to come into the office, finding any reason to evict you. The landlords will charge YOU for repairs that is needed to done or deduct the charges out of your security deposit when you move out!!! Also not to mention a REQUIRED inspection of your home every 3 months now thats ridiculousthe crime rate in the area is still high and the apartment complex is still drug infested¡Ill only recommend this place if youre a drug addict with a good rental history or homeless and do not want to live in a shelter!more ...hide ...
