First, the word town home is used loosely....they are basically two floor apartments very very cheaply made. Bottom level on cement slab so downstairs is always cool upstairs hot. Constantly raising rent. Do not ensure only names om lease are living in units. Therefore you have no idea if the person or people living with the leaser have criminal background etc. Management always changing and cannot be trusted. They use to be a decent company to rent from but something changed in the last couple years.....bottom line they are crooks. They could care less about you as a tenant. They do not care about your well being in their property at all, all they care about is getting your money.more ...hide ...
